MISSION STATEMENT:

TO CREATE AN ASSOCIATION OF LOCAL BUSINESSES, PROFESSIONALS AND RESIDENTS THAT COOPERATIVELY ADVERTISE, PROMOTE, ENHANCE AND MARKET OUR UNIQUE COMMUNITY AS A DESTINATION AREA TO LIVE, SHOP, DINE AND ENJOY THE BEAUTY AND CULTURAL HERITAGE OF THE CITRUS COUNTY SEAT. THE GOALS OF THIS ORGANIZATION SHOULD IN NO WAY BE CONSTRUED AS BEING POLITICAL IN NATURE OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY ONE MEMBER OR GROUP WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION.

MEMBERSHIP:

There will be one level of membership. Anyone interested in promoting the goals of our Mission Statement can become a member. Members have voting rights and may hold office. Any member may attend any Board or Committee meeting and with the permission of the Board or Committee be heard.

DUES:

There shall be an Annual Dues Assessment to be paid by each member of the association to cover operating expenses as established by the Board.
